As a Brand Ambassador you will be the face of the company, by searching for new clients to help the business grow and become one of the leading Web Hosting and Cloud Service Provider. On top of this, we will work together to provide you courses to learn while you earn. We will provide you with a certified computing course to help you progress in securing a future career in IT.
On a daily basis, you will be playing a large part in the company by driving in new leads for the business and selling our services by increasing its product awareness.
During your time with us, you will be provided with training courses to complete at a satisfactory completion as this will help shape your future and enable you to find future careers.
From time to time, you would be asked to do duties not related to the role. This can be supporting customers, troubleshooting websites/hosting issues, or troubleshooting Software’s issues that are supplied by the company, replying back to clients support tickets/emails and sales enquires.
This is a homeworking role and you must have access to your own Laptop/PC to be able to apply for this role.
No experience necessary, as long as you have basic IT skills, and you are also keen to learn while you earn.
- Some proven qualifications in relation to IT would be advantageous, but not essential as you will be provided with training courses.
- C or above in GCSE English and Maths would be preferable, but not essential.
- Some IT skills will be advantageous, but not essential.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.).
25 hours per week
Minimum 5 hours a day – this is very flexible and can be done anytime between 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday
